Professor Godwin Tamuno-Omi Dappa is a distinguished Nigerian academic, researcher, and public intellectual known for his significant contributions to Political Science, International Relations, Governance Studies, and Public Policy. He has built a strong reputation as a scholar, author, and academic supervisor with extensive publications and involvement in higher education and professional institutions in Nigeria and abroad.

Born in the mid-70s into an academic background, he hails from Opobo/Kalaibiama in Opobo/Nkoro Local Government Area of Rivers State, Nigeria. He is happily married with children.
